hi
I am trying to create a basic address book in microsoft
access.
Some fields are left blank for certain contacts and I do
not want them to show up on the reports (ie. Cell Phone
or Secondary Fax).
Is there a way I can get the reports to ignore the field
and not to leave an empty row where the field appears(I
am also not using field labels) but simply suppress the
space and move onto the next field / record.
This will help me alot in keeping the addressbook slim
when I need to print it.
thanks
