blank drop down menus

drop down menus are blank. Stared in 2003. upgraded to 2007. same thing. drop
downs respond to keystrokes, but will not respond to mouse clicks and when
prompted by mouse will not respond to keystrokes, that is menus are ghosted
outline of bos but no contents. virus search, Microsoft diagnostics have
proven fruitless
 
Sounds like a video driver issue. Did you change or update yours
recently to an incorrect one?
