I have a situation where a suport person is on site attempting to use a
custom tool that is designed to test the validity of a web service URL.
The idea is that you type a value into a text box, click a button and get a
response that simpy says "Valid" or "Invalid" ... or if there is an error
then a message box will display the error message.
The problem is .. Having installed the tool on a Windows XP PC any diaplog
box (MsgBox) that is displayed is blank. This includes the caption on the Ok
& Cancel buttons.
We've checked the display settings (Normal fonts) and ensured that MS San
Serif is installed on the PC .. still no joy.
Any ideas ?
Thanks
