After making no apparant changes, for no reason that I can
think of my computer boots up and all I get is a blank
desktop and then nothing else, so I can't do anything with
my computer whatsoever. Is there anything anyone can do
for me?

Thanks In Advance

P.S: I have Windows XP Home

This seems to be a common problem with WinXP. Since I havent seen any
other solutions I would recommend a
Repair Install. www.dougknox.com WinXPTips left column last
entry Try holding F8 on Startup and
from the Menu select Last Known Good Configuration. That might work.
