blank database in access askes for a logon and password?

Just installed Office pro 2003 and when i try to start a new blank database it asks me for a name and password. I try to hit cancel but it then cancels the new databse with it. I am confused.
 
I sure hope that Microsoft moderators are helping you to resolve *your* issue.
