Blacked out Business Cards

When I go into my contacts in outlook, the business card view shows a blacked
out business card. I can see the contact's name but everything else is black.
How do I fix this?
 
Is it all contacts or just one/some?

Open the contact and check the business card format - is the background set
to black?
