Blackberry question

Ok, this is what I want to do, some please tell me if it's possible, and if
so, how.

I want to email someones contact to a Blackberry, and when the person with
the Blackberry pulls up the contact, they can dial the phone number AND
extension. is this possible?

only if the blackberry supports dialing from the contact. forward as a
vcard.
