Windows 7 Black screens and slow laptop

I've been freaking out about my beatsaudio lately.
Sometimes if I leave it unattended or if I close it while it's on the screen goes black and nothing I can do will get it working. I have to turn it off by pressing the on button and im afraid that's only making it worse. The wifi also messes up on me. I enable it and it says it's disabled by the task manager. I have to shut down and wait a while for it to enable again.

Yesterday I did the whole shutting down and waiting thing but when I turned it on on safe mode it was slow. I tried scanning it with Kaspersky but in the middle of the scan it said not responding and I had to shut down. This morning I tried to scan it again but programs wouldn't load or would not finish loading. Kaspersky said that i didn't have it but I renewed it a couple of weeks ago.

I shut down and waited a bit and now it's working. Programs are slow but it's working.
What could be the cause of this?

I have Kaspersky 2012 and hp support assistant

This issue can be caused by any of the below possibilities.

Not enough hard disk space.
Left over programs and bad files.
Data Corruption.
Missing Windows updates / Outdated drivers.
Computer is overheating.
Corrupt OS.
Bad Hardware.
