Definately not. Consider investing in a more secure and stable
operating system such as Mac OS or Linux.
No operating system should set the default user setting to be
"administrator" or "power user" (like WinXP does), nor should an O/S
require you to reboot after installing updates.
If Linux is over your head,or you don't feel up to the challenge (though
it's very easy any more) consider a MAC based solution. You get the
stability of FreeBSD with the GUI of a simplistic MAC...
