I'm using Outlook 2002. All my recurring or multi-day
entries now have a black analog clock face on the entry.
Every all day event is now 2 days. All appointment times
are now 2 hours earlier than they should be. It seems the
data in the database is correct because when I sync with
my pocket pc, everything is normal in the pocket pc. Help!

This is usually due to a time zone or daylight saving time difference
between the two machines being synced. Check your time zone / daylight
saving time settings in Outlook, in Windows, and on your Pocket PC and make
sure they match.
