Black bars replace text!?

Hi All:

Black bars have replaced the text in the buttons, and headers of my site
when I published it to the web.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

If you are use a NVIDIA video card, you need to upgrade your driver, then
you need to remove your theme and re-apply it.

You need to update or roll back your video driver, especially if you are
running a NVIDIA Video Card.
