Bitlocker> A TPM was not found on your system?

I tried to use bitlocker but here is the message I get:

Follow the step by step guide, Scenario 3 at
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsvista/aa905089.aspx to enable
BitLocker then follow Scenario 1 to setup the system. Have a great day.
