Hello All,

I have noticed that Bit-Defender 9 was chosen the best anti-virus
in PC World. Bit Defender does have free version on there web site.

Does anyone know anything about Bit Defender?

what should I say? I'm using BitDefender (current version BD 9 Internet
Security) since years and am very satisfied after McAffee, Kaspersky,
Avast, Avg, Antivirus etc.. The mentioned BD comes with on demand, on
access, firewall, antispam, antispyware, scheduler, automatic updates
(several one day!), fast, competent and friendly support, very good test
results. What need I more? BD is my absolute favorit.

Bit Defender is a good av. Normally, the only free version doesn't
have a realtime monitor ... it's strictly a on-demand scanner. I have
seen though that they have a special offer which seems only aimed
at Australia ... one year free use of their regular product.

BTW, please don't post in html. Also, take all magazine reviews and
recommendations of av products with a huge grain of salt.

Couldn't agree more. This is bit Defender Internet Security by the way,
hence all the above facilities.
