Any recomendadtions on going from Bis32 to ult64. I just about got the DVD
for 64 on the bis but I plan on going to ultamate anyway and was thinking it
may be smarter to do that but I see no mention of 64bit disk for upgrading to
ultimate (witch is suposed to include 32 & 64)

There is no in place upgrade path from Vista x32 any version to Vista x64
any version. It has to be a clean install. You can use an Ultimate upgrade
product key to go from x86 Business to x64 Ultimate, but only as a clean
install.

A retail version of Vista Ultimate, either upgrade of full, comes with both
the x86 and x64 DVDs.

I hve not installed Bis yet and I understand it has to be clean but my point
is more along the lines of if I get the 139$ upgrade to Ultimate do I get the
DVD for 64bit. Or do I get the pleasure of paying for the 64bit media even
though at the Ultamate level I should have it already. I would perfer to have
my OS on one disk no extra upgrading after install. Then there is this
mention of some other disk to allow upgrades from bis to ult witch of course
is extra $.

Ok so you're asking about if you purchase the anytime upgrade, which is
different than buying a retail upgrade package for Ultimate which has both
versions, right? I don't know for sure how the AU works. The FAQ seems to
indicate that if you have 32bit you get 32bit. There is no mention of also
getting 64bit. Maybe someone else will jump on on this part, or you can
call MS about it.
