Birth Month Query

I've got a table of clients and I want to search for employees born during a
certain month. For example, my birthday field is [Date of Birth]. When I run
the query, I want to be prompted with this prompt: "Please enter the
numerical value of the month." I would put in a month, 08 = August, and all
the employees born during August would show up. Each time I run the query I
want to be prompted, because the values I will be searching for will vary
month-to-month. Thanks!
