Biostar TA75m+ graphics problem

I have just installed this motherboard together with an AMD A8 series processor. I have installed my XFX HD5830 graphics card but cannot seem to get the bios to use it instead of the on board graphics. I have searched through all the relevant bios settings but am having no luck. Any ideas?

I'd also wanna know what the PSU is capable of ... tho these 'on-board graphics' MBs are a bit picky when trying to get a decent PCI-E card fitted.

Have a look at page 19-20 of the MB manual especially 'Primary Video Device'
