Bios upgrade

i have Hsing Tec MotherboaRD & i wanna upgrade my BIOS tp latest so that it can support HD of more than 8 GB. Plz help me where can i download.
 
Visit the support website of the manufacturer of your computer or motherboard
and search for the latest available BIOS update. If one is available, the website
should have detailed installation instructions.

You need to go to the manufacturer of that mother's boards
website and look for drivers for it and bios info

Hsing Tech is supposed to be a subsidiary of PC Chips:

http://www.pcchips.com.tw/

You'll have to know what mainboard you have. Utilities like SiSoft Sandra
Standard (http://www.sisoftware.net/) may help.
