BIOS update

I have the required files for my BIOS, but I need to
create a boot disk and I cannot find any directions to
make a disk. Could someone tell me how to make a boot
disk? Thanks.

GO to www.bootdisk.com no, i am not kidding. PLUS
there are many other neat things there
EVeryone should have a look

Click Start>Help>Index and then type in boot next click on "creating boot disks" and follow the instructions.
