As u all know, when you press delete at startup u get the bios on the
screen. I would like to know if it is possible to print a copy of all the
settings in each subject individually& if so how? I have tried pressing the
print key but doesnt work. Printer works very well, HP office jet 2140. I
would love to have a printout of the settings for the day when it goes
wrong, and it will.

Thanks! Paul

I doubt it's possible, except with some extra program (if it exists). But
one option is to shoot each screen with digital camera and print it.

SleeperMan, that is a brilliant idea, it's the kind of thing where u say why
didn't I think of that. Thanks!

If you have an Asus motherboard you can use the German version of Aflash
(version 2.21) which includes two useful utilities. One utility is
called CMOS (version 1.04t). You put this utility on a boot floppy (such
as Dr. Dos) and then boot from it. When you run the CMOS program it
allows you to save all of the bios settings to a text file on the
floppy. Later, you can open and print the settings from Notepad. It may
work on motherboards other than Asus if they are using Award bios but I
have never done so.

I haven't done it for a while, but the "Prt Scr" button on my keyboard
works for me. I can't remember for sure, but I think it's "Shift" +
"Prt Scr".

ftp://ftp.asuscom.de/pub/ASUSCOM/BIOS/BIOS_FLASH_UTILS/DOS/AFLASH
It's not easy to get to but it is possible. I just tried it. It took a
couple of tries but eventually I was able to get through and download
the file. I also verified that the two utilities are included in the
aflash file. Currently, if you click on the download link for the German
site main web page you are redirected to the Italian site. The Italian
site aflash file does not include the utilities.
When you click on the ftp link, if there are less than 100 users, you
will be prompted to login. Just log in anonymously. When there are more
than 100 users logged you will just have to keep trying. Sometimes, I
don't know why, you can get in at the root level, for instance
ftp://ftp.asuscom.de and then navigate your way through the folders.
If all else fails email me and I will reply with the file. It's 48K.

Like I said earlier, the Bios Print thing is in there, at least it was
for me 6 hours earlier when I tried it. DL the German version Aflash
version 2.21 file. Unzip it. Inside you will find a file called
CMOS.exe. The file size is 48K. I can't understand why it is not working
for you but if you email me and I will send it to you.
