Hi,

A fellow worker thought he'd do us a favour and fix an XP box and
changed the Bios in this TUSI-M mobo by seleceting 'Load Optimum Settings'.

Since then it does not boot altho' all lights are on etc.

Any ideas how to get this back?

Also before this problem we had very slow XP for a new install.

A file NOPDB.EXE was always very active. What file is this for?

Thanks

The obvious answer would be to put all of the BIOS settings back
to the way they were before your co-worker set them to the factory
defaults. If you didn't make note of those before making any changes,
hire a professional.

Hi,

Yes we can do that okay but it won't even show anything at all, let
alone get to the bios.

Ideas?

Well, if you can no longer get into the BIOS, you'll definitely
need to have a professional look at the computer.

Took the battery out for 10 mins, put put it back in and whammo.. there
it was. Went into bios and redid the settings and it is purrrfect!

No business from me today for pros..
