Binary Datatype retrieval in Access 2000

I have a SQL 2000 Database with a Table that has two (2)
Fields of a BINARY Datatype. When I preview the data in
either Access 2000 or in SQL Analyizer, I can only see the
ascii reprentation of the binary data. Does anyone know
how to convert this or to view it in standard ascii or
text format?
