Not to sound smart, but how about the installation program that the .bin
file was shipped with.

BTW, may files with 2 extensions that are downloaded from the web are virus
or malware installations. Are you absolutely sure of your source of this
file? Have you scanned it with a quality, updated anti-virus program?

you're a PC user, you can extract it from the .bin easy enough, but
