ok i know everyone is saying that i want to know how to read a bin file
well i dont care

i wanna know how to make a bin file from files off my computer

..bin is ambiguous.

It could be either a bios or firmware image, a macintosh archive, or
linux executable, or a cd image. Or a dozen other file types. Bin is
short for binary.

Please provide more detail on the context.
