Sorry Bill but I still think its a XP problem as it
affects all scanning apps, not just Beta 1.It would
appear from the log files that the problem started after
installing SP2,although I have only become aware of it
recently.
 
Mike - I'm totally lost on the context for this message, I'm afraid. Can
you reference the subject header of previous posts on this issue, or start a
new thread giving a fresh description.

Please don't continue in this thread--better to have a new one with a clear
subject explaining the issue.
