Thanks for your feedback on spyware reporting.It looks
like the 'instant and constant' covers my problem as I
have now being trying to send this report all day.Time to
give up I think.
I am still unsure about continuing with the software as
to begin with I thought it was great but now after 4 days
of 0 threat reporting it is either doing a fantastic job
or has aquired a serious bug of its own.
 
My machine and those I administer are pretty clean. Looking at the
functionality of the agent checkpoints--I think these are pretty valuable to
have monitored. I'm less certain that the prompts will be accurate and
clear to my users, but that's something that can be tuned.

I'm working at doing some real-world testing via Virtual PC, but I seem to
be hitting a bug in that product that's preventing me from doing useful work
with it.
