Hope all was well Mucks - the storm broke here yesterday, there was a bit of thunder and lightning during the afternoon, heck of a lot of rain too. :nod:
 
Just had a deluge/thunder/downpour/lightning/monsoon here :)

Lasted about ten minutes, now just spitting a bit.

I think the timing of your powersave and the onset of thunder & lightning probably startled you Mr Mucks ;)

I was enjoying a rather nice pork sausage butty at the time ... did remind me of the 'monsoon' season in Singapore ... "has it gone 4.30 yet?" yes, it' raining, must be 5pm now, it's stopped.

Well, maybe no dramatic lightning storms, but we did manage a bit of that white floaty cold stuff yesturday *shiver*
But it didn't settle down this low.
But on Saturday morning,
after one of them solid downpours all night
we did wake up to find a river (well, maybe just a small creek) running out from under the welsh dresser & through our kitchen.
Not, in my experience anyway, normal behaviour for a welsh dresser :rolleyes:
It turned out to be the guttering luckily
although I don't know if John felt quite so lucky out on the roof in the rain finding this out :eek:
But we ended up spending the entire day cleaning up the mess.
Not quite how my plan's for the day had gone.
but at least there wasn't any permanent/expensive damage done :D
