Big Trouble!

I have a user that in Active Directory is assigned to the
Domain Users Group and in their PC to the Power users
group. The problem is that logged in under this user's
credential I'm able to go to Computer Management and add
users to the Power Users group from my Active Directory
Domain. I know power users should be able to add local
users but this user is able to add Domain users. What's
wrong? Any ideas?
 
When you logon as a local admin you should be able to add your domain
account to the local admin group by default.
Unless im missing something here nothing is happening out of the ordinary.
