Why is there this big red X in an empty picture slot when I am absolutely
sure that the picture is still in it's original folder and with the same
exact file name. and there is no X in the collections detail. I am really
stumped and baffled.

I was testing why MM could not save Film, and just for testing what if
happens, I changed the location of the file BUT copied it back to its
original location. At this stage, the X should up for the first time in the
Collections detail. I renamed the file, which corrected the latter X, but
not the X on the picture slot.

All other settings for the saving to Film File; the saving space-available,
drive and folder locations & paths are all ok. There is no other Xed
picture.

Thanks.

==============================
If you move a file you should be able to
right click the red x in the collection
and choose...browse for missing file.

The red x in the timeline can be restored
the same way.
