if you are using Vista x64, try the beta 5.10.02.4151 for WinXP x64
available here:
http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us

If you get an operating system error on install, you'll need to change
the file "Setup.exe" to XP SP2 Compatibility Mode by highlighting it,
right-clicking, choosing Properties and navigating to the Compatibility
Tab. check the box and click Ok.

Let me know if this does not work, in which case you might need to
disable either User Access Control or Driver Signing at least
temporarily.
