big menus

is their any way to make the drop down menus in all
programs with big fonts make the letters really big so
they can be viewed from far away i

Have you got a 'wandering' mouse? If so, the answer is no - the drop down menus will have the same size fonts and there is no way to increase the size of those fonts.
 
Try "Start>Programs>Accessories>Acceptability" you can enlarge a bit.
