BHO removal

I guess this is the place for feature requests, so here
goes.

MS Anti-Spyware needs to remove Browser Helper Objects.
It doesn't do much good to clean up files when the BHOs
are still there.

The last 3 PCs I "cleaned" with AntiSpyware still had to
be cleaned through hijack this to remove the BHOs.

BHO removal is already supported by MSAS.

Pull down Tools -> Advanced Tools -> System Explorers, select IE BHOs
