BHO Internet Explorer Security hole

I'm using Spybot and search with antispy programme and
everytime spybot gives me a warning of BHO IE .Descrition
Security hole where people can access your computer is
there a solution? I'm runnining XP pro and SPXP 2 is
Antispyware supposed to stop this?
Please help

Say more about what Spybot is giving you a warning of?

If this is the DSO exploit warning, this really is a bug in Spybot Search &
destroy which will be fixed in the next released version.

If you are on XP SP2, and have applied all critical patches via Windows
Update or AutoUpdate, these messages about the DSO exploit from Spybot
Search & destroy should be ignored.
