better winsock fix

able to clean out spyware/adware without messing up
internet connection (winsock) so no more complaint about
lost connections, no more kb articles and no more 3rd
party utilities like (winsock fix)

Have not tried running the KB citation, but do so.

After removing a spyware, I can't remember which, links on OL and OE don't
work
and tried running

and links open up in IE

This is definitely on the list--but whether or not it can be accomplished in
as seamless a manner as you (and I)--would like remains to be seen.
