No, not better than Mailwasher.

Nice try, I've got a few issues with M/W, as I can't get the filters to
work properly, prolly because I'm stupid and don't understand Regexps, but
there you are.

But M/W is still streets ahead (IMO - ducks)

Try SpamBayes. It's pretty good.

I have it on about 35 computers at work and users swear by it. I'd run
it at home but I'm using Mozilla which already has spamfilters built in
(evil grin!)
