Any ideas of how to fix this?
Everytime I try to start it, itjust keeps trying to open
and maxes out the cpu.

I am unable to use it now.

Try Re-installing the software, if that dosn't work, try
lowering its priority in the Task Manager

On an XP machine start the program and press Ctrl, Alt,
Delete and the task manager will pop up. Then click the
Processes tab. Then select GIANTAntiSpywareMain.exe,
right click it, and scroll over Select Priority and
select one that is lower than Normal.

This will just make the processor respond to other tasks
before it responds to Windows Anispyware. This way, it
shouldn't take over your PC.
