Try turning off the realtime protection

options/settings/realtime protection and untick the appropriate box
 
What capability are you missing? Does it not display the start page? Does it
not display a secure (https) page like before or after the login? If you
could provide a little insight I and others will try our best. Insight and
symptoms are best to avoid silver bullet responses.
