I am a former beta ID holder and would like to know if I can get my old ID
back, please let me know
thanks,...... I know this is in the discussion board but they don't make it
easy to contact anybody

Hi,

No way I am aware of that they would reactivate the original ID, you would
have to get a new one at http://connect.microsoft.com

No they don't make it particularly easy to contact them--they're MSFT. If
I were a Seattle guy and had pressing questions, I'd zoom on over to the
MSFT campus or call but try emailing

(e-mail address removed)

with your question. See if they'll respond and make sure to included detail
of when and what Betas you were on. If this has something to do with Beta
Place, the betas that used to be on there had a different digit ID than the
ones on Connect.
