elaborated on what will be included in Beta 2, nor what
problems will be fixed.

rootkit-detection technology - I think this one is already in there. But the
beta 2 release is still up in the air. Not even the release date has been
determined (only speculated).

..613/.614 a Microsoft spokesperson was widely quoted as saying that beta2
will be released "this year."
