I have a home PC and a office computer. Both uses Outlook but with
different userids.

I want to create appointments on both computers. I've tried "Invite
Attendee" but it's too troublesome for every appointment.

I have the same requirement for Task, Contact and Notes.

I wonder if any has any idea what is the easiest way to achieve my
requirements.

Thanks very much.

The reason why I have to ask is that I can't use a PDA, install
software on my office PC. Looks like I have to manually send each
appointment across. Thanks very much.

Either invite the other email address, forward the items after you create
them or copy the pst file back and forth.http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.asp

I would probably create a custom view that shows only newly created
appointments (filter for Created = today) then at the end of each day, apply
the view. select all and Forward. This way its one message - drag and drop
from the email to the calendar folder. If they don't arrive as Outlook
items, they are not sent with TNEF data. See
http://www.slipstick.com/problems/alwaysrtf.asp - the section for where to
check for RTF. You need to force the message to RTF.
