Best way save website to new location from original loc on compute

Want to change the location of where my website now is on my computer using
frontpage 2003 to a new location or folder on my computer . SO- What is the
best way to change it to another folder than the one it is in without
messing up any files, links etc. thanks for your time.
 
Create a new folder where you want the copy to go. Open Frontpage and then
publish your web to the new folder.
