Best way of creating bulk users

Hi all,

What is the best way of creating 5000 users in AD? I want to specify
passwords, what groups they are members of, their profile locations, home
directory locations and that they must change their password when they
login.

I don't mind if one way creates the users, another then sets the password
etc....

All help appreciated

I have been having problems as well. Thank God that I
have it from a several weeks ago.
