Best Time to Buy?

Hi all, I've read with interest the various comments about building your own PC rather than risking being let down and over charged by an online retailer. I've spec'd the components for my system using Aria and have an experienced builder to hand. The question is...is there a better time to buy components when prices take a dip. Someone I know suggested recently that it's best to wait until March for the best prices.

Yeah March is the date i think around that the prices drop or so i have been told ! lol
