N noone Feb 23, 2004 #2 I think you'll find that virtually all are ok w/ XP. Current "favorite" is Audigy, comes in several flavors, from $48 to $150. SB Live is also ok, you can get it for less than $20 in places, but it is "of lesser quality" than the Audigy.
