This is a new card for me after years of using NVIDIA cards. I was hoping
someone could tell me how to set the card to get the best results for
gaming.

TIA

Settings? That would depend on the game... and the rest of your system.

Mostly use the latest drivers unless you know that a problem in a specific
game has been introduced in a later version.

Are you having any problems?

Just got the last level of Far Cry to do then onto SC:PT. I know the
original didn't like FSAA, so if you check that box, and get weird lighting
through walls or add shadows, turn it off again. Usually fairly safe to
leave the driver defaults for most games. If I game can do AA, you can
enable it in the game.
