Best Reporting Tool for Smart Client App

Hello,

I am looking for some opinions on what the best reporting tool is to
intergrate into a WindowsForms smart client application i am currently
helping develop.

Requirements:
-Integrate w/ c#
-Customizeable to the user (not stuck w/ hundereds of slightly
different reports hard coded)
-Also web integratable

Any recommendations would be very appreciated. I'd like to get some
user opinions before i go researching in the dark.
