Hi Chis,
The default settings for Visual Clarity in PowerPoint are some pretty
standard best practices and can actually be used to help a presentation
author follow these guidelines. To view and change the Visual Clarity
settings in PowerPoint:
1) Tools -> Options
2) Select the "Spelling and Style" tab
3) Click on the "Style Options" button
4) Select the "Visual Clarity" tab.
Don't forget that if you want PowerPoint to actual check the style of your
presentation using these Style Options you will have to select the "Check
style" option in the Options dialog.
