Best Photo Manager ?

Hi,
Could someone let me know best photo manager(not viewer) with folowing
features
- Can oraganize photos in different folder based on EXIF date
- Can rename photos based on EXIF date
- can update/correct EXIF date in batch
- Allow to oragnize photos in different category without any external
database but put information in EXIF or IPTC tags

I use flexible renamer
http://hp.vector.co.jp/authors/VA014830/english/FlexRena/
to rename photos based on exif information (I usually just rename based on
date time).

I also use jhead
http://www.sentex.net/~mwandel/jhead/
to do lossless jpg batch rotations based on exif orientation tag, if your
camera has the tilt switch in it, (irfanview also does this in version
3.95). Jhead also allows batch editing of some exif information but I don't
use it for that. For example if you have the wrong date and time set on your
camera then jhead can do batch corrections by changing the date and time by
days, hours minutes etc.

Irfanview can add or edit exif information, but it isn't that efficient for
doing lots of photos at once.

Try going to http://www.masmol.com/gm/ and download the "LeVeL BBS HTML
Gallery Maker 3.7b (2.6 Mb)" package. Open up the .zip file, and extract
the jce.exe program. jce = Jpeg Comment Editor. It does what I think you
said you wanted to do. :-)
