Best options for a screen protector

Best options for a screen protector or let me say, an anti-glare,
anti-radiation protector to make monitors eye friendly for teenagers.
The ones i am presented with although cheap, less than 10 dollars, do
not seem to achieve what i have in mind.
can anyone give me options?
