What's the best one?
I want to do games, dvd recording & playing, 3D Rendering.
The more slots & performance the better.
Don't need integrated sound & video on the motherboard.
Also would like serial and parallel ports if possible in addition to
usb ports.

The new Intel 875p chipset is available. Lots of USB ports. No I haven't
used this board, I wanted onboard sound and video, but the 875 chipset is

Intel's D875P is really geared more toward servers. D865 is top of

Asus P4P800 (whatever the version)!
All the power and features of the i875 chipset-based motherboards, at an
excellent price.
