Best ISP for Frontpage-created sites?

Since 1996 I have had two websites, both created using Frontpage, and
both hosted since the beginnning by the same ISP, Akorn Access.
However, Akorn is closing down at the end of this month, and I need to
find a new ISP for both sites.

What ISP's should I consider for inexpensive, reliable, fast hosting
(pay-by-the-year, perferably)?
